Updates and Reminders

1. Thanksgiving week practice schedule - Below is the breakdown of practices for this holiday week! In order to attend practice at Hanscom AFB Friday and Saturday you need a pass to get on base. Please email Coach Dave,   [email protected] to set up a time to get a pass.  

• Monday 11/21- Normal practices all locations 
• Tuesday 11/22 - Normal practices all locations 
• Wednesday 11/23 - Medford/Gordon normal practice, SJP no practice, Hanscom 5:00-7:00 PM 
• Thursday 11/24 - No practice all locations 
• Friday 11/25 - Hanscom 8:00-9:30 AM ONLY 
• Saturday 11/26 - Hanscom 8:00-9:30 AM ONLY 

2. Winter Payment Deadline - The deadline for the Winter Season payment and swim meet fees is 12/1/22     Checks are due and appreciated by 11/30/22. Credit cards will be auto charged Thursday 12/1. If your swimmer will not be returning for the winter season please email Amy Murphy:      [email protected]

  

3. SMS Messaging - Please log into your account information and add/verify a phone number to the "SMS" portion. Doing so will help you get  updates as quick as possible as text messages to your phone. This is primarily used for our most important and last minute  updates 

  

4. Mandatory clothing/Equipment - If you have not picked up your mandatory clothing, please make arrangements with your facility Head Coach to pick up your athletes mandatory clothing.
