Updates and Reminders

1. Practice Reminders! - There is no practice at SJP on Wednesday 4/26/23. Please join us at our Newburyport or Gordon Locations!  

  

2. Swim a Thon!! -  Parents! We need your help with counting laps!! Please email Amy Murphy,   [email protected], if you would like to volunteer! There are 3 practices this week, where we are hosting the Swim-A-Thon! Friday 4/28 at Medford High School, Saturday 4/29 at Hanscom and at Gordon! Please make sure to make these practices so that all swimmers can complete the Swim-A-Thon!!  

  

3. NSSC tuition change! - Tuition is now expected to be paid through ACH (Automated Clearing House) or by check. ACH payments are electronic transfers of funds from your bank account to ours. This offers a more secure and cost-effective payment method.   

• To make the switch, please log into your accounts. 
• In your account info, there is a “Payment Setup” tab and then  “+Add Bank Account” tab. 
• Once complete, please set at “Use for fees associated with your account” and you will no longer need to worry about making individual credit card payments! 
• The automatic monthly payment will be deducted from your bank account on the first of every month. Please do this before April 30th!

4. SJP Practice Drop Off - SJP is enforcing the no stopping / drop off rule in front of the wellness center. Please pull into a legal parking spot to drop your swimmers off at practice.  

  

5. Spring/Summer 2023 Meet Deadline -  The deadline for all NSSC Meets through June has passed! Please go to the Team Events page on our website and click "Edit commitment" to see what events your swimmer(s) have been entered into!
