Updates and Reminders
1. Practice Announcements - There are no changes to practices this week, at this time.
2. Facilities Reminder! - We are guests of all of our Facility locations. Parents are not allowed to park, drop off or pick up swimmers in Fire Lanes and Handicap spots. Make sure you are using a legal parking spot to park, drop off or pick up swimmers.
3. Friday Clinic! - Practice on Friday 10/13/23 will be a Starts Clinic for pre team, white and blue groups at our SJP, Medford and Lexington locations!
4. Optional Clothing - Optional clothing and equipment will begin to be given out this week. If you have placed an order, please check in with your facility Coach to retrieve it.
5. Meet Deadlines -
The deadline for all meet through December has passed! If you would like to make any changes to any of these meets you must email your facility Coach.
If you did not act on the request and coaches deem your child is ready to compete, they will be entered into the meet
6. Lifeguard Course - Want to be lifeguard certified?!?! NSSC is hosting a lifeguard course at our Lexington Location November 13-16! For more information follow the link below!
