Updates and Reminders
1. Practice Announcements - There is no practice at Medford on Thursday 10/26. Please join us at one of our other locations! There is no practice at Gordon all next week 10/28-11/4. Please join us at one of our other locations.
2. Pick up and Drop off reminder! - Swimmers must be cleared out of the locker rooms and picked up no later than 15 minutes after practice ends. Swimmers cannot be dropped off any earlier than 15 minutes before practice begins.
3. Costume Contest! -
- When: Friday, October 27th, 2023 at each practice location -before swim practice.
- Who: Swimmers wear Halloween costumes to practice (not in water).
- What:Swimmers vote and pick top 3 at each practice. Coaches will pick winner of the 3 and post to insta/facebook.
- How:At Saturday AM practice (10/28) coaches will pick an overall winner based on social media voting and post overall winner and runner-up photos and post to socials.
- Prize: Winner takes home a TARGET gift card. Runner-up receives a DUNKIN gift card.
4. Friday Clinic! - Practice on Friday 10/27/23 will be a under water clinic for pre team, white and blue groups at our SJP, Medford and Lexington locations!
5. Optional Clothing - Optional clothing and equipment will begin to be given out this week. If you have placed an order, please check in with your facility Coach to retrieve it.
6. New Meet! - We have added an 11 and Over Trials/Finals meet at the brand new Phillips Academy Pool in Andover! The meet is November 18-19. The deadline for this meet is Friday 10/27
7. Lifeguard Course - Want to be lifeguard certified?!?! NSSC is hosting a lifeguard course at our Lexington Location November 13-16! For more information follow the link below!
