December 2 Meet Update
Due to SJP High School Practice we have had to push all sessions 2 hours. Below you will find the updated session warm up and start times and the rules of St. John's Prep.

Below are the updated session warm up and start times
Saturday 12/2/23
- 13 and Over & 8 and Under Session - Warm up 1: 10:00 AM, Warm up 2: 10:20 AM, Start Time: 10:45 AM
- 13 and Over Distance Session - Warm up: 1:00 PM, Start Time: 1:30 PM
- 9-12 Session - Warm up 1: 3:15 PM, Warm up 2: 3:35 PM, Start Time: 4:00 PM, Finish Time 7:00 PM
Additional Information:
- Pool entrance - Please enter the building through the main lobby entrance. Swimmers will walk down the hall and down the stairs.
- Timing - NSSC will supply timers, except for the distance events. Swimmers will need their own timer and counter for all distance events.
- Spectators - Will not be allowed down the stairs. Ample seating allowed in the stands upstairs
- Scratches- We will have scratch sheets for all coaches. They will be due 10 minutes after warm up begins.
- Officials: Our head referee for the meet is Manny Martines, [email protected]. We would love any help possible from your officials. Please have your officials touch base with Manny on their availability.
- Updated Times: Event files with updated times are due by 5:00 PM Tuesday 11/7/23

- Meet is Full - With the number of swimmers per each session, we cannot take any additional swimmers. Scratches only please.
