1. Practice Announcements - There is No practice at our Lexington Location today, Monday 12/18/23. Please join us at one of our other locations. There is no SJP practice on Wednesday 12/20 or Saturday 12/23, please join us at one of our other locations. 
  
2. Updated Medford Practice Schedule - For today, Monday 12/18, we have an updated Medford practice schedule. Below are the updated practice times.   
  • Monday-Thursday 
  •  5:00-5:45 PM - Preteam 
  • 5:00-6:00 PM - White/Novice Blue 
  • 6:00-7:30 PM - Green/Advanced Blue 
  • 7:00-7:30 - Preteam/White 
3. Updated Newburyport Practice- Practice at Newburyport on Wednesday 12/20 is 6:00-7:00 PM.  
  
4. Holiday Vacation Practice Schedule - Due to winter vacation we have changes to our practice schedule Tuesday 12/26 - Saturday 12/30. Below are the breakdowns. Green and Experience Blue swimmers should attend SJP morning practices, as well as their normal evening practice to get double practice days in!!!

    • No Practice 12/25-1/1 
    • Practices resume 1/2/24 
  • SJP  
    • No practice 12/25, 12/26, 12/30, 1/1 
    • Practice 12/27-12/29 is 10:00-11:30 AM 
  • Newburyport 
    • Normal practice 12/26-12/28.  
    • No practice 12/25, 12/29, 1/1 
  • Medford 
    • Normal Practice 12/26-12/29 
    • No practice 12/25, 1/1 
  • Lexington 
    • Normal Practice 12/26, 12/29, 12/30 
    • Fitter Faster Clinic 12/27, 12/28 (No Practice) 
  
5. Winter Meet Deadline - This Friday 12/22 is the deadline for all meets through March. Please log into your account and accept the meets your athlete(s) can attend, AS WELL AS decline the ones they cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in your athletes getting added to meets or being charged a "No Response" fee.
