1. 4th of July Practice Reminders! - Below is our schedule for the holiday this week! 

• Wednesday 7/3 
  • Lexington - Practice 3:30-5:00 Only 
  • SJP - Morning practice 
  • Newburyport - Practice 6:30-8:00 PM 
  • Medford - No practice 
  • Gordon - No practice 
• Thursday 7/4 
  • No practice all locations 
• Friday 7/5 
  • Lexington - 3:30-5:00 and 5:00-6:30 practices only 
  • SJP, Medford, Gordon, NBPT - No practice 
• Saturday 7/6 
  • Lexington - Practice 8-10 AM Only 

2. Maine Travel Meet!!! - We can still add swimmers to this meet! NSSC is returning to the Maine Championship meet at Colby College 7/10-7/14!! This meet is for 13 and Overs and any 11-12 year olds that have NE Age Group cuts! Please follow the link below for any and all information!
