Updates and Reminders

1. Practice Announcements - There is no practice at St. John's Prep Friday 9/20. Please join us at Gordon College 6:00-7:30pm. 

 

2. Meet Deadlines - .    The deadline for all of our Fall Season meets through December is Friday, September 20, 2024. If you have not done so already, please sign into the website and click on the "Team Events" tab. To choose your swimmers declaration for the meet, you click "edit commitment" to the right of the meet title.

 

3. Required Equipment/Mandatory Clothing - If you have not yet picked up your mandatory clothing yet, please see your facility coach as soon as possible. 

 

4. LHS Swim Clinic! -  The Lexington High School Girls Swim Team is hosting a swim clinic at our Lexington Location on Saturday September 28! 10:00-11:00am they will be working on freestyle and 11:00-12:00 they will be working on backstroke! 5. Dryland Training opportunity! - We are excited to introduce a new Dryland Training opportunity at Athletic Evolution this season. This program is designed to complement all swimmers throughout their seasons by improving   strength & power for turns & starts,   aerobic and anaerobic capacity for improved split times, and   injury prevention. Please see the attached flyer for more information and links!

 

6. Practice Arrival - Please do not arrive to practice more than 15 minutes before the start of practice. Our facilities have other sports and activities going on and we want to make sure parking lots and pool decks are not overcrowded.
