1. Practice Reminders
  • No changes to practices this week!! 
2. Welcome back Winter High School Swimmers! - Good luck at States this coming weekend! NSSC has space available for any new HS swimmers. They can try for a week. It's always more fun to practice with friends. Please contact [email protected]. 
 
3. Billing Accounts - Spring program will be billed to accounts this month. If you are not doing the Spring program, you must email Amy Murphy, [email protected]before 3/1/25. 
 
4. Shawsheen Tech.- We will be returning to Shawsheen Tech for the Spring season on 3/3/24. The intent is to alleviate numbers at Lexington/Medford and have a back up pool for any Spring issues that might arise at a pool. If you would like to make the Shawsheen pool your "home" pool, please email Amy M. 
 
5. Meets 2/17-3/21 - The deadline for all meets and Practice Meets through 2/17-3/21 has passed.     If you did not decline or accept your swimmer for these meets and they are deemed meet ready by the coaches, your swimmer will be added to the meet. To make changes you must email your facility head coach. 
 
6.   Clothing/ Equipment - All clothing or equipment that has been ordered is at your pool. Please see your facility coach. It is the parent/ swimmer responsibility to obtain. 
 
7. 2/15-2/16 Swim Meet! - This weekend is our Presidents day celebration! Below is a link to the meet information including the parent volunteer assignments! 
 
8. Championship Relays - Silvers, 10 and under, 11-14 and 15-18 relays will be billed to accounts after the meet. 
 
9. Lifeguard Classes - Our May 12-16 Lifeguard class only has 2 spots left! If you swimmer is interested in becoming a certified lifeguard please email   [email protected].
