1. NSSC Swim-a-Thon!! - Today Monday 4/28, we will having our Swim-A-Thon at every location! If your swimmer already participated at SJP or Lexington on Saturday, they can also do it again tonight to try and better their laps from Saturday!
 
2. Practice Reminders
  • SJP -  There is no practice Wednesday 4/30. Please join us at one of our other locations!
3. May 3-4 Springfield Meet! - This weekend is our meet at Springfield College! All information for this meet can be found using the link below! 
 
4. Spring and Summer Meets! - All of our Spring/Summer Meets through may have now passed! If your swimmer can attend May 10 or May 31 please email Coach Mat and he can enter them! All June Meet deadlines for declaration is this Friday May 2, 2025.  If you do not declare if your swimmer can or cannot go to these meets, coaches will enter them and you will be responsible for all meet fees
  • Pre Team and New White Group swimmers - Practice Meets at SJP
  • Experienced White, new blue, new green - SCY Meets at SJP
  • Experienced White, Blue, Green - LCM Meets at MIT, Springfield, Colby College
