Updates and Reminders

1. Club Manual - Amy Murphy has sent out the Club Manual via JotForm. All parents must read and sign this manual before your swimmer can attend practice
 
2. Swimmer Packets - All swimmers will be receiving a "Swimmer Welcome Packet" via email on Tuesday 9/2/25. These packets will have explanations of our team drills, a dynamic warm up routine, Meet schedule broken down by group, a goal sheet to fill out and more! 
 
3. Mandatory Clothing Pick up days! - We are hosting 2 clothing pickup days before the start of the season! Below are the days, times and locations!  This is based on the delivery of product, we will keep everyone updated on if changes need to be made to days and times.
  • SJP, NBPT and Gordon Families
    • Where - St. John's Prep in the lobby of the Wellness Center
    • When - Wednesday 9/3/25, 5:00-6:00pm
    • What - come pick up your Mandatory Clothing!! Shirts, Suit, Cap
  • Lexington, Medford, Hanscom, Shawsheen families
    • Where - Our Lexington Location,  475 Bedford St, Lexington, MA 02420
    • When - Thursday 9/4/25, 4:30-6:00pm
    • What - come pick up your Mandatory Clothing!! Shirts, Suit, Cap
4. Parent Zoom Meeting - We are hosting a zoom meeting for our parents to learn the ins and outs of the team! Whether you are a new family or returning family we ask that you all be on this meeting!  The meeting will take place via zoom on Saturday 9/6/25 9:00-9:45am
 
5. First Day of Practices! - All Green, Blue and Pre team/White/Lesson Monday/Wednesday programs begin on Monday 9/8/25. PreTeam/White/Lesson Tuesday/Thursday Programs begin Tuesday 9/9/25
 
6. Swim Meet Deadlines - All meets through December are up on the website! The deadline to declare or decline these meets is Thursday September 25! The meets that your swimmer should be attending will be in their welcome packet!
