Annual Dues 
Effective September 2025 - July 2026


USA Swimming Registration Fee:  Each member will need to register with The USA Swimming..  Once you register with the Marlins you will receive an email with a link to the USA Swimming website and directions on how to register. 

Annual Dues: You can choose to pay in full at registration or follow the payment plan below.  When choosing the payment plan, your first payment is due at registration, $200. The remaining balance will be monthly payments billed to your account.  Please see the table below for your payment schedule and amount. Don't forget about our convenient "auto pay" feature which can be set up to automatically bill your credit card/debit card/checking account for balances owed.

*There is a $50 discount for members who choose to pay in full at registration.

*There is a $50 discount for each additional swimmer in the family.

Terms of Registration:

  • Registration covers the period from swimmers registration date – July 2026.  
     
  • By completing the registration process, parent/guardian agrees to make dues payments according to the above stated payment schedule.  If payment is not received within 15 days of invoice date, you will incur a late fee of $15.00.  If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, your child/children could be suspended from all team activities.  No USA Swimming registration cards will be issued without first payment.  

  • Swimmers who leave Marlins Swimming, Inc. during the year are still responsible for payment of dues in full.  

  • Marlins Swimming, Inc. does not offer refunds of annual swimming dues and registration fees for registered swimmers.  Our financial commitments involve annual contracts based on swimmer registrations. The Club is obligated to fulfill these contracts regardless of the number of swimmers in the water at any time. We understand some of our swimmers may experience illness, injury, over-commitment, decreased interest, or issues that may take them out of the water, at some time during the season. While we regret these issues, no refund of fees will be made for swimmers who are out of the water.  

  • Petition for withdrawal from the Club for a major medical reason may be presented to the Board of Directors for review and decision.
     

Outreach Program:

  • Swimmers who qualify for the Niagara Outreach program are eligible for a reduced USA registration fee.  Please contact [email protected] for more information.
