Volunteer Sign-Up for Year of the Snake Tournament
Dear North Irvine Water Polo Families,
We are excited to host this weekend’s Year of the Snake Tournament on January 11–12. As part of your registration with the club, all families are required to participate in volunteer duties to support our event. Your contributions ensure a smooth and successful tournament, and they make a lasting impression on the water polo community.
One of the great benefits of hosting this tournament is that our teams get to stay local and compete at a world-class facility right here at the Woollett Aquatics Center. Let’s take pride in showcasing our hospitality and ensuring an exceptional experience for referees, coaches, and visiting teams.
Our snack bar plays a vital role in this effort and helps keep our club dues lower by funding essential resources, such as balls, caps, and goals.
We need your help to fill volunteer roles throughout the weekend, including snack bar shifts, set-up, and clean-up. Please take a moment to sign up for your preferred volunteer slot using the link below:
Additionally, this is a great opportunity for high school students to gain community service hours while supporting their club and the water polo community. If you have a student interested in volunteering, please encourage them to sign up!
Your time and support are greatly appreciated and vital to making this event a success. Thank you for your dedication to the North Irvine Water Polo Club.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Ed Carrera
