Private Lessons Protocol

Dear North Irvine Families,

We are excited to offer private lessons with our instructors on Fridays from 5:00–7:30 PM at Northwood. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for everyone, please review the following protocol:

Private Lesson Guidelines

✔ Instructor & Participant Eligibility

• Private lessons are only available to current North Irvine Water Polo Club members.

• Only current North Irvine WPC coaching staff are authorized to conduct lessons.

✔ Scheduling & Limits

• Each instructor may conduct a maximum of two lessons at a time, unless approved by the coaching staff.

• Please check with your current team coach to help refer or schedule private lessons.

• Private lessons should be scheduled in 30-minute to 1-hour increments only.

✔ Facility & Equipment Usage

• Instructors may only use equipment stored in the storage room to the right.

• Goal availability is limited, so please plan accordingly.

✔ Clean-Up & Safety

• Instructors are responsible for cleaning up all equipment after their lessons.

• All participants and instructors must follow lifeguard rules at all times.

✔ Payments

• Payments for private lessons will be made directly to the coaches providing the lesson.
