Coach and Owner Jan Dalziel-Smith

Coach Jan Dalziel Smith was a four-year Varsity Team Captain at Neptune High School…won the shore Conference All-Around title in 1987…a four-time High School State Champion on the balance beam and uneven bars… two-time High School state Champion on the floor exercise…won the all-around at the 1986 Garden State Games…winner of the Governors Cup Award…1987 USAGC National Floor Champion and All-Around Champion…1989 Olympian Award Winner. Later in her career, Jan was the video game character Sugar and Spice in Batman Forever Sega Genesis video game. 

Coach Jan Attended the University of New Hampshire on a full gymnastics scholarship and became a NCAA All American. While attending UNH Jan received a BA in Sociology, minor in criminal justice, and a minor in physical education. Currently Jan holds her MA in Elementary Education and her teaching degree in Elementary K-5 and Physical Education and Health.

In addition, Jan Smith lives locally and is a Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty and is happy to assist anyone looking for a home in Monmouth County or anywhere in New Jersey. Jan is married to William Smith, they have 2 children, Jake and Jackie, and they own a roofing and siding business called Smith Builders.
