IMPORTANT ATHLETE INFORMATION:

1. All Athletes must fill a registration time slot to be evaluated. 
2. All Athletes must fill out our Athlete Evaluation Assessment form, and turn in at the beginning of their scheduled time slot. 
3. All Athletes are asked to attend in all black athletic attire, hair neatly pulled back with a bow.
