All Star FUNdamentals

All Star Fundamentals is the first stop for kids who are interested in All Star cheer. The focus is on welcoming new athletes to All Star and making sure they have fun, feel safe and make friends! This program is a FUN, low-pressure, non-competitive, technique-centered progressional path for first-time cheer athletes to learn about All Star Cheer and prepare to transition to competitive teams as they’re ready. They will perform multiple times throughout the season with FREE performances for family and friends.

All Star Novice

All Star Novice welcomes athletes moving up from Fundamentals, or with some past cheer experience. The program continues to build a love for All Star, while focusing on skill building and growth in a low-pressure, evaluation-only environment. This program will ease athletes into evaluation-only (scored by rating, not ranking), non-tumbling performance settings as a bridge to more highly competitive teams. We will take time to strengthen technique and performance skills to ready athletes for All Star Prep or All Star Elite teams. This tier will compete and perform multiple times throughout the season.

All Star Prep

All Star Prep is perfect for the athlete ready to take it to the next level of cheer!  Prep athletes may have have previous cheer experience, possibly from a rec or youth program, or transferring from another All Star program. Prep athletes are interested in a competitive team with less commitment (time/cost), and less skill demands that are required for All Star Elite. This tier will compete and perform multiple times throughout the season.

All Star Elite

All Star Elite is the highest performance level that All Star cheer has to offer! All Star Elite athletes have strong foundational cheer and tumbling training and are dedicated to the sport. These athletes want to take their “cheer life” to the next level and compete at prestigious competitions, both locally and nationally.

What has All Star Cheer done for your child?

  • “[My daughter] is taking what you teach her in the gym and applying it to the rest of her life. She always wants to find ways to improve and do better in many aspects of her life.”

  • “[My daughter] sends motivational group messages to her teammates before competitions. I LOVE that she quotes John Wooden. This, she learns at STAR!”

  • “All Star Cheer has given my daughter confidence, a strong sense of self-worth, athleticism, and positive life role models.”

  • “Your code of conduct and expectations are not only meant for competitive  athletics but serve as foundations for living life. You have instilled the competitive fire while equally promoting and requiring each athlete to be respectful, kind, and humble in their success.”

How is All Star Cheer at STAR different than recreational cheer & other programs?

  • “Star Athletics has surpassed all of our expectations. We came from a Rec level because we wanted more. These all star teams are organized and have high expectations for athletes. The teams work hard and look amazing. This is what we wanted and are happy to be part of that level of commitment.”

  • “The discipline, strength, respect, and camaraderie that is taught at STAR is exactly what we were looking for in a program for our daughter and it is showing in all aspects of her life.”

  • “Your gym is like a finely tuned machine. We are impressed and excited.”

  • “I must compliment you again on what a professional gym you run. It was very impressive to all of us coming from other places.”

  • “Your success is proof that you are doing a great job. I’ve never been to a gym that is so well organized and that so quickly has brought out the confidence in my child… and is showing the determination she had lost.”

  • “Your program is just different. Plain and simple.”

  • “I’m not sure how you do it, but you have created a program that is so much more than just cheering. As a school administrator, I know how challenging it can be to work with children (and parents!), but you have certainly created something special at STAR. You an your staff show such dedication and passion, and this translates directly to the athletes and their families. You have high expectations, but you work consistently to help the girls reach specific goals. You help them see they CAN.”
