Legislator Hogues Meets with the Buffalo City Swim Racers
Erie County Legislator Timothy R. Hogues (D-Buffalo) congratulates Yasmeane Greene, a student at the King City Charter School, who is one of the participants in the Buffalo City Swim Racers/Watts Education Program at the William Emslie YMCA. Along with several swimmers behind Legislator Hogues and Ms. Greene, wearing a whistle, is Buffalo City Swim Racers Executive Director Michael Switalski.
