WHO WE ARE AND WHERE WE CAME FROM:

Our swim team has been known by several names over our 35-year history but remains, as always, dedicated to the core values of the sport of swimming.  Over the last 35 years the North Rockland Red Raiders PAL Swim Team, North Rockland Aquatic Club, Team Rockland Swimming, and now reverting back to our roots the North Rockland Aquatic  Club, continue to support athletes and families of the North Rockland Community with the same devotion to success we have had over the last THREE + Decades.
