Coaches and Directors
I joined the the Huber Heights Hurricanes in 2016 as the assisted coach. I have lead the Huber Heights Hurricanes for the past 3 years as the Head Coach. I have been coaching for past 7 years.. It has been an honor to coach amazing swimmers and see them reach their goals. I am truly blessed to having an amazing coaching staff, parents and parent board. I am looking forward to years to come with the Huber Heights Hurricanes and all of their potentials. One of the best parts of my job as a coach is to see the swimmers grow, meet their goals, and to see a swimmers encourage their teammates. I love to give back to a sport that I love and it is my passion.
I swam competitively for the Moraine Manta Rays for 10 years in Dayton Ohio. During my swimming career I qualified for "A" Championships and districts for West Carrollton High School. I have attended the fitter and faster clinic 2019 and assisted the Olmpicians running the clinic.
While I have been coaching for the Hurricanes Swim Team, the team has qualified for "AA" in 2016-2017 , 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 short course season, and Zones Championships in 2018-2019 short course season.
GO HURRICANES!! I look forward to an great season.

I joined the Huber Heights Hurricanes as an assistant coach in the 2017-2018 season. I grew up in Cambridge, Ohio where I swam competitively for 11 years for YMCA, USA and High School. During my competitive years I qualified for YMCA zones four times, YMCA long course nationals twice, and twice for YMCA short course nationals including the first one ever held in Cincinnati (that just means I'm old). I have also been teaching swim lessons at the YMCA at the Heights since 2013. I have a degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University. Currently, I work as a PLM implementation consultant for Siemens Digital Industries Software. My greatest memories from are all the places I got to visit and all the lifelong friends I made. My greatest memories from coaching are watching the swimmers improve, whether it is a faster time or learning a new stroke.
