Mignery Selected as Athlete Representative for YUSA National Committees

Tigersharks senior Luke Mignery has been selected to serve as an athlete representative on the YUSA National Championship Meet Committees for the 2025–26 YMCA swimming year. He will also join the YMCA Swimming Athlete Council, participating in monthly sessions focused on leadership and communication development.

A Tigershark since age nine, Luke has progressed from a beginner to a YMCA National Team member through hard work and dedication. He trains up to 16 hours per week in the pool, plus additional strength sessions, and consistently demonstrates commitment, discipline, and team spirit.

Known for his positive attitude and leadership, Luke serves as an Athlete Representative to Ohio Swimming and is a member of the team’s Leadership Council. He is senior at Ohio Connections Academy, he also takes classes at the Cincinnati State and plans to continue swimming in college.
