This meet is a great opportunity for athletes to achieve fast seed times for upcoming YMCA Championship meets. PCY athletes have historically enjoyed strong performances at this prelims/finals championship meet.

This is a USA Swimming Championship Meet. Changes may not be made after the entry deadline.

Entry Limits

  • 3 Individual Events (IEs) per day

  • 6 Individual Events for the meet (plus relays)

  • NTs are not permitted; estimated times must be slower than qualifying standards

Meet Format

10 & Under

  • No 8 & Under events

  • Timed Finals

  • Friday Night, Saturday Afternoon, Sunday Afternoon sessions

11–12 & 13–14 Athletes

  • Prelims/Finals format (Top 16 qualify, plus 2 alternates)

  • Scratches are not permitted without prior discussion with the Lead Coach

Session Schedule

  • Thursday Night – Day 1 Prelims

  • Friday Night – Day 1 Finals

  • Saturday Morning – Day 2 Prelims

  • Saturday Night – Day 2 Finals

  • Sunday Morning – Day 3 Prelims

  • Sunday Night – Day 3 Finals

Relays

  • Timed Finals contested during Finals sessions

  • 2 relay entries per team

Event Notes

  • Top heat of the 500 Free and 1650 Free are swum during Finals

  • 11–12 200-yard Breaststroke, Backstroke, and Butterfly are Timed Finals, with fastest heat swum in Finals

All Lead Coaches must confirm with families and athletes to declare YES or NO by February 3, 2026.
