Our PRACTICE focus of the week is:  Starts + Turns

DOUGLAS DOLFINS ("DDST") VALENTINES MEET FEB 9-11- Is this weekend. Please see the meet's EVENT PAGE on our team site for details including meet information sheet, timelines and warmup/arrival times. Tigersharks has been assigned timing in each session. Please see Coach Julie at the meet this weekend to sign up to help with timing.

NO TRAINING FRIDAY + SATURDAY -  No training this week on Friday or Saturday due to DDST Meet. Our February training calendar is now posted HERE. There will also be no training Monday Feb. 19th (President's Day)

CENTRAL CA AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS MEET FEB 16-19 - This meet, formerly known as "Junior Olympics" is an LSC Championship meet. CLICK HERE to see the event page on our team site for qualifying times and all the nitty gritty details. Seventeen Tigersharks are signed up to compete in this meet.

PACIFIC SWIMMING ZONE ALL-STARS -  The 2024 Zone 4 Team has been selected for the Pacific Swimming Zone All Star Meet to be held in Carson City on March 3rd. Congratulations to Abraham Zoghra, Chloe Dowd, Hannah Ingram, Derick Hensley, Oliver Raker and Adam Zoghra for their selection to the Z4 team and who will combine with athletes from other Zone 4 clubs to form our select team for this meet versus Zone All Star teams from the other four zones of Pacific Swimming.
