Hey All!
Happy Friday! Let’s head into this weekend’s meet with high spirits and happy thoughts!
1- Due to the meet this weekend, we WILL NOT have practice for Silver and Gold group swimmers as these coaches will be at the meet. Emails have been sent with meet information, please reach out to Dana if you did not receive it.
2- Some of the times did not translate when seeded, please don’t worry about that, we will do what we can, otherwise, just have your swimmers win their heats with wild abandon!
3- PASA NEEDS YOU and your Swimmer to take the Safe Sport Education offered. We will not receive our Safe Sport Certification unless we reach a minimum percentage of parents and swimmers that have taken this course. Please protect yourself, your swimmer, and our team by clicking through these classes.
Online Safe Sport Education for Parents
Safe Sport's online course for parents provides an introduction to Safe Sport, abuse, and reporting information. More information and access to the course can be found on the website https://www.usaswimming.org/safe-sport/recognize
The course is called "Parent’s Guide to Misconduct in Sport"
Online Safe Sport Education for Athletes
Safe Sport's online training for athletes provides an introduction to Safe Sport, healthy boundaries, and how to speak up about misconduct, abuse, and the behaviors that lead to abuse. Find more information and take the training at www.usaswimming.org/learn
For athletes age 5 to 12, the course is called "SafeSport for Kids"
For athletes age 13 to 17, the course is called "SafeSport for Youth Athletes (13-17)"

10/15- PASA Pride Day! Wear your PASA Pride on your sleeve by wearing your PASA Shirt to school and finding other PASA Swimmers! Post your pics to the web and let’s get our PASA Pride on!
10/18- Clovis Senior Meet- Entries Closed- Please let Paul and/or Dana know your transportation plans.
10/25-26: BAC CBA Meet- Morning sessions have filled, but afternoon sessions are still available on fastswims.com
Nov 1-2: PASA Invite- this is our qualifying meet for the Winter Championship season! Entries via fastswims.com
Team Calendar: The team calendar is up and live. This will have practice schedules, meets, and team events added as information becomes available!
