Updates and Announcements: Please sign up to help out at the BAMfest. They need timers to help run their meet. We would like the kids to step up and support our adult swim team in the pool. Sign up is on the website and community service hours will get signed off on. Tomorrow (Friday) the construction crew will be removing the glass panels on the starting block end of the pool. This will not effect our sessions that are in the Nakata Pool tomorrow and will only effect earlier swim times in the Ray. That said, we will keep you posted, should that take them longer than anticipated and we have to pivot. Our Snohomish meet is around the corner, preparations have been good so far this fall. We are looking forward to some nice time drops, new race attempts and solid team outing all together. Congratulations for our Best attendance winners for September: Bronze: Otis, Campbell & Lukas; Silver:Chloe, Emmeline; Copper: Larry, JJ, Jonathan; Gold: Sydney, Bennett; Champs: Surya, Winston; Regional: Wyatt Majors, William, Leland; Sectional:Wyatt Livingston, Ian Fall weather is here, so please start dressing for it. Wear warmer clothes to and from the pool on these cooler days, make sure to hydrate and wash those hands frequently. New time standards are out and posted on both bulletin boards. They are a bit faster. This means we work harder and pay attention to the details. "SUCCESS SEEMS TO BE LARGELY A MATTER OF HANGING ON AFTER OTHERS LET GO" - Willam Feather. See you on deck! |
