Senior 2 Dryland Program - Starting in April
To bring Senior 2 more in alignment with the rest of the team, and to help prevent injury and increase athletisism, we will be adding 45minutes of Dryland to Senior 2 practice each night. Senior 2 will then have dryland from 7-7:45pm and swim from 7:45-9pm. This will increase the monthly training fee to $200. This will start when we return to swimming after our Spring Break
WEST Spring Break
Following Age Group Regionals, those swimmers that competed at Senior Sectionals and Age Group Regionals will plan to take a few days off before starting Long Course Season. We will be on break from Monday, March 24th until Friday, March 28th. Swimmers competing at Divisional Champs March 29-30 will need to continue swimming durng this week, and should speak with their coaches individually about accomodating their personal situation.
Early AM Practice Schedule
With the timing of the season, we will be limiting our early AM practices to allow the kids to get more rest. We will practice next Wednesday (Feb 19th) and that will be our last early AM practice until we start back up in April.
President's Day Schedule
To take advantage of the holiday on Monday, we will operate under a slightly different schedule:
Senior & Accelerate - 10am - 1pm (bring dryland clothes, please)
Senior 2 - 4-6pm
All Other Groups & Lessons - Normal Schedule
School Spring Break - WEST will operate under normal schedule Tuesday - Saturday next week.
This is also a great opportunity to set up private lessons with your coaches! We are available anytime during the day before 2:30pm.
Good Luck all WEST swimmers competing at Boy's High School Disctricts this weekend!
