Happy Summer! Let's make sure we are all remembering to wear sunscreen and to stay extra hydrated during these longer days.

Seattle Senior Open - This Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Saturday - ALL WEST swimmers competing on Saturday are invited to do a 2hr warm-up practice from 8-10am at Colman. We will have a breakfast to follow (during the normal 10-11am warm-ups time), everyone please bring something to share. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

Senior Group Swimmers NOT competing at the Seattle Senior Open should practice with Accelerate on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There will be NO Senior Group Practice Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

End of the Year Awards Banquet - July 18th 6-9pm at WEST

This year we will be doing the Awards Banquet at WEST from 6-9pm. We will close the pool to the public early and grill outside. We ask that everyone bring lawn chairs and a food item to share. More information to come.
