WEST Weekly

Dear Parents,

PNS Champs is right around the corner and we are only 1 week away from the end of the summer season!

Our last day of practice for the year-round team will be Wednesday, July 23rd.

WEST will host the Pacific Northwest Swimming Championship Meet at KCAC in Federal Way, from Wednesday, July 23rd through Sunday July 27th. This is a major underaking for our small team. We need everyone's help to pull off a successful meet. Even if you are not swimming at the meet, we would like ALL our swimmers to attend to help cheer on teammates and work the meet.

Tomorrow - End of Year Banquet

We will be giving out recognition awards and saying Good-Bye to Coach Jordyn tomorrow at WEST. Set-Up will begin at 6pm and the party will get started at 6:30pm. We still are in need of some main dishes, so please contact Janet Kim to see how you can help.

Accelerate & Challenge - Schedule Changes

Coach TJ will be out-of-town for the next few days and we will be combining Accelerate and Challenge practices for Friday, Saturday this week and Monday, Tuesday next week. Here is a reminder of the schedule that was emailed out:

Fri: 9-11am @ WEST / Sat: 7-9am @ WEST / Mon: 3:30-6pm @ WEST / Tues: 3:30-6pm @ WEST

Registration & Start of Next Season

We are tentatively planning to start back up with "optional" practices on August 20th. Our first official practice will be September 2nd. More information will be sent out as we get closer. Any group move-ups will be communicated individually.

Registration Packets are being finalized and will be sent out as soon as they are ready and approved.
