Here we are, almost through November now. The WEST Hosted Age Group Invite is this weekend at Kamiak High School and Thanksgiving is next week!

 

Girls High School State Championship

Congratulations to all the WEST swimmers that competed last weekend at the Girls High School State Championships. There were several top finishes including 2 state championship titles!

 

WEST Swimmers Competing at USA Nationals in Federal Way!

Nicole Limberg and Jon Cook will be competing on Friday Dec 4 ^th and Saturday Dec 5 ^th against the best swimmers in the country. Past Olympians will be there and being an Olympic Year, swimmers will be looking to qualify for Trials. Having this meet so close to home is a unique opportunity and we strongly encourage everyone to come down and watch some amazing swimming. WEST Hosted Age Group Invite

This is the first opportunity for our Swim Team families to work towards their Service Hour Requirement. Most jobs have already been determined but if you have any questions or if anything comes up, please contact Coach Margaret. Cell reception is often poor in the pool area, so please seek her out in person first, then try her phone or email (425-770-2580 or [email protected]). No Saturday Practices – 11/21 (All groups, including Pre-Comp)

Due to all WEST Coaches attending the swim meet at Kamiak this weekend, we will not be holding any practices at WEST tomorrow, Saturday Nov. 21 ^st. Lessons will run as normally scheduled.
