Dear WCA community,

I hope 2016 is off to a great start. We are very busy around the pool, bouncing back from December Championships and quickly refocusing on the quickly approaching March Championships.

 

Husky Invite – This Weekend

Senior Elite swimmers will compete this weekend at the Annual Husky Invitational. There is NO EARLY AM Practice on Friday. Any Senior Elite swimmers not competing in the meet (either Friday or Saturday) should attend Senior practice.

 

Volunteer Meeting for New Families – Saturday 9am

Margaret will be holding an informational meeting on Saturday morning regarding the Team Service Hour Requirement. This meeting will be similar to the meeting held in September and will be a reminder as well as an opportunity to ask questions for new parents.

Annual General Meeting - Friday, January 29^th 6:30pm @ Mill Creek Community Association Center

We will be holding our annual General Board Meeting, open to all WEST Swim Team Members. During this meeting, we hold our annual Vote of Confidence in the current board and review the annual budget. The meeting will be held in the conference room at the MCCA building (adjacent to the pool’s parking lot on the left when you first pull in).

 

Team Pictures – Friday, Feb 5^th 6:30pm

We will be doing our annual Team Pictures on Friday, Feb 5 ^th at 6:30pm. Please wear the Black WEST shirt from this year (with the circular W logo on the front). Order forms can be printed by clicking this link, or picked up at the pool throughout the next few weeks.
