Dear West Swim Folk,
January is coming to a close and each day has a little more sunlight. Everyone is working hard both in the pool and in school with finals. Make sure we are getting adequate rest and eating right to stay healthy!
Locker Room Behavior
We have had a few recent locker room issues that need to be addressed. Granted, this is Boy’s High School season and there are a lot of visitors coming through every day, but this is our pool and we are ultimately responsible for it. Therefore, the condition of the facility is a direct reflection on us as a program. In addition to our Code of Conduct, please follow these simple rules:
Respect the facility and other people – walk, use care when using equipment, put things away, clean up after yourself, be courteous, polite, and aware of others.
If you see something, say something. We all care about and love our team, so if you witness something happening that doesn’t reflect well on our standards, tell a parent or a coach.
Annual General Meeting - Friday, January 29th 6:30pm @ Mill Creek Community Association Center
We will be holding our annual General Board Meeting, open to all WEST Swim Team Members. During this meeting, we hold our annual Vote of Confidence in the current board and review the annual budget. The meeting will be held in the conference room at the MCCA building (adjacent to the pool’s parking lot on the left when you first pull in).

Normal Pre-Comp Practice.
Elite will practice 7:30-10:30am.
