Dear West Swim Folk,

Welcome to the Spring / Summer Season at WEST! We hope everyone that took some time off over the past couple weeks had a great break and we thank those that continued to swim for their commitment.

Hockey Night – THIS FRIDAY!

We have reserved tickets for the Everett Silvertips game this Friday night when they play against the Seattle Thunderbirds. This will be an exciting playoff game and the tickets are only $15 each! Spots are still available if you’d like to join us and we can bill the tickets to your account. Family and friends are welcome!

NO PRACTICE for PreComp, Explore, Discover, Challenge or Accelerate.

The pool will remain open for lap swim and private lessons.

Swim-A-Thon – FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Friday – Senior & Elite 3:15-6pm

Saturday – Explore, Discover, Challenge & Accelerate 7:30-10am, PreComp 11:30am-12:30pm

*NOTE: On Saturday, Senior & Elite swimmers will practice 6-8am and then count for the younger swimmers. Bring snacks and plan to stay until 10am!

Montana Trip Canceled

Due to the date change for the Montana meet and the timing of school finals, we do not have enough swimmers to make the trip feasible this year. We will plan to put it back on the schedule for next year and hope to have many swimmers attend.

Spring Schedule Change Reminders:
PreComp ends Saturday, May 21^st and Summer Team Prep will start Monday, May 23^rd. All PreComp swimmers are encouraged to register early and combine with Summer Team to take advantage of discounts.

Elite will start practices at McCollum on Monday, May 23^rd.

Pre-Season Colman practices will start Tuesday, May 31^st – please arrange carpools and plan early so we can take advantage of our long course training. The Pre-Season Long Course training time is crucial to a successful summer season.

April Showers Meet – AT WEST
Since being closed out of the Dick LaFave Meet, we are hosting a meet at West on April 23^rd-24^th with Gold’s. Warmups are 1pm and the meet will start at 2pm both days. This is for those swimmers NOT competing the following weekend at Mayflowers Meet.
