Dear WEST Swim Community,

 

Welcome to SUMMER! Schedules change on Monday, 6/27 so make sure you familiarize yourself with the new practice times. Click Here for the 2016 Summer Schedule. Last chance to reserve your spot on the Colman Bus, we will be figuring out the final per person cost on Friday.

 

REMINDER: Friday & Saturday Practice Changes

Everything is normal schedule unless specified below:

Friday:

Senior Elite: NO Early AM

Senior: 3:30-6:30pm @ McCollum

Accelerate & Challenge: 4-6pm @ West

Saturday:

Senior & Accelerate: 6-9am @ WEST

 

Team Banquet – THIS SATURDAY 12-3pm

We will be recognizing our seniors and swimmers that raised the most Swim-A-Thon donations.

The End of the Year Banquet will be held at West and we will recognize our graduating seniors and swimmers that raised the most Swim-A-Thon donations.  We will set up on the grass outside, and the pool will be open for swimmers to play.

 

This is a potluck style banquet, please bring the item below that corresponds to the letter of your last name:

A-D: Beverages
E-K: Dessert/Fruit
L-Q: Side Dish
R-U: Main Dish
V-Z: Salad

 

The pool will be CLOSED on Sat 6/25 from 12-3pm during the WEST Swim Team Banquet. We will open back up for lap & open swim at 3pm.

 

Intent to Return Survey

Please participate in the Intent to Return Survey to let us know if you plan on Registering for the 2016-17 Season. This will help us gauge move-ups for new swimmers to the team. The survey is open until July 15 ^th and if we don’t hear from you, we cannot guarantee your space in the fall.

 

June Jubilee – THANK YOU

Thanks to everyone that participated and volunteered to help make the WEST June Jubilee swim meet such a success! We had many swimmers compete for the first time and had several kids qualify for new time standards.
