WEST Weekly

Good afternoon WEST families,

 
We're right in the middle of our summer schedule with only a few weeks left before the end of our season.  Please make sure you see our updates below and ask any questions you might have!
 
 
Colman Practice - tonight for Challenge, Accelerate, and Senior
The Seattle Age Group Open is tomorrow and Saturday, and  we will have Colman practice tonight.  All swimmers competing this weekend are encouraged to come.  We will be letting the kiddos out a little early, so please expect to pick them up early.
 
As always - don't forget water, a flavored drink, and sunscreen!
 
Saturday Practice
There will not be practice for Challenge, Accelerate, or Senior on Saturday, 7/16.
Senior Elite will practice at WEST from 7-930am.
All swimmers from Explore and Discover not competing at AG Open will have normal practice at WEST.
 
Hosting Senior Long Course Champs
Reminder that we will be hosting Sr LC Champs at KCAC in Federal Way next week on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  This is the final opportunity of the season to complete your service hours, so please check the job sign ups and ask questions if you have any.
 
Summer Team Meets
A big thank you to all parents and swimmers who helped at our first Summer League meet last Saturday!  We will be hosting another meet at WEST on Saturday, 7/23, so if you are available to help please let us know.
