Team Apparel & Equipment

Please make sure you have picked up your team T-shirts, caps and any equipment ordered at the team fitting day. Once all the shirts are distributed, we will allow exchanges for different sizes, talk to Coach Margaret to coordinate.

Veterans Day Schedule Changes THIS FRIDAY

Lap Swim – 5:30-10:30am / 1-4pm ****Note: If these times are super inconvenient, please speak to Nick in person, about making accommodations.

5am - No Early AM Practice

7:30-8:30am - Water Aerobics: we have someone coming @ 7:30 to sell items at discount

9-10:30am – Normal Masters Practice

10:30-1pm - Senior Elite Practice (bring a snack)

3:30-6pm – Senior, Accelerate & Challenge Practice (dryland 3:30-4)

Girls High School State – THIS WEEKEND

Good luck all WEST girls competing at State this weekend.

National Letter of Intent Signing – Congratulations Nicole Limberg & Kelly Morgan

Two WEST swimmers signed their NCAA Division 1 National Letters of Intent. Kelly will be swimming at Washington State University next year and Nicole will be swimming at Rice University. Both are receiving significant scholarships and we are very proud of their accomplishment.

Two WEST Swimmers Receive USA Swimming National Ranking Awards

Congratulations to Jon Cook and Nicole Limberg for ranking in the top 20 nationally. This is a HUGE accomplishment. Nicole finished the year in 8^th place in the 100 LCM Breast with her Olympic Trial qualifying time. Jon finished last year with the following rankings: 3^rd 200 SCY IM, 4^th LCM 100 Breast, 5^th SCY 200 Breast, 6^th LCM 200 Breast, 10^th SCY 100 Breast, 14^th LCM 200 IM.

Construction @ WEST – Thank you for your patience

Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we continue to work on several projects at the pool. We are currently replacing the windows on the roof and repairing rotten wood from years of leaking. We repaired the block anchor in lane 1 and the concrete still needs to cure for a couple weeks. We are also working on updating and replacing parts of our electrical systems and are considering more energy efficient lighting options.

WEST Hosted Meet - November AGI - NEXT WEEKEND

We are hosting the Age Group Invite at Kamiak, High School in Mukilteo on Nov 19-20. Job Sign-Ups are pretty much full and please speak to Coach Margaret if anything changes from your commitment.

Snohomish County Youth Sports Festival – THIS SATURDAY

WEST will be participating the in the Snohomish Youth Sports Festival this weekend, being held at Everett Community College from 10am-2pm. Stop by if you are in the area and click here for more information.
