Dear WESTonians,
 
Only a couple weeks of school left before Summer hits! We are doing our best to stay on top of communication during this very busy time, so we appreciate everyone’s patience. If you are confused or have a question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our coaches either via email, text or phone.
 
Far Westerns & Futures
We have only had minimal interest in attending the Far Westerns meet so anyone interested in going, needs to email Coach Nick ASAP so we can make a decision. This meet is open to Senior & Senior Elite swimmers, click here for the qualifying times. The purpose of this meet was to attend a post-season championship where we could bring enough swimmers to compete in relays.
We are planning to attend Futures Championship with those individual qualifying swimmers (our relay times are no longer eligible as two of our swimmers are cut off for being too fast).
 
Clean Up Days – THIS SATURDAY & NEXT (6/17 & 6/24)
We have big plans this year for our clean up and are doing 2 consecutive Saturdays to give more people the opportunity to help out. All club team families have a service hour requirement and this is another opportunity to satisfy those hours. Anyone else willing to lend a hand is more than welcome.
We will plan to work in 3 hour shifts 9am-3pm on Saturday 6/17 & 6/24.
We plan to attack the following:
1. Exterior wall of building (demo & repair siding on back wall, paint prep & paint)
2. Parking lot & front of building (pressure washing, pruning & weeding, spreading mulch & gravel)
3. General Clean Up 
We can also use the following tools (make sure you mark them with your name): shovels, rakes, 1 wheelbarrow, hedge trimmer, nail gun, work gloves.

Intent to Return Survey – COMING SOON
We will release an Intent to Return Survey to all club team members. This helps us plan available space for the fall, so we need everyone currently on the team to respond. For us to hold your space on the team, we must have an Intent to Return Survey by July 1 st and a completed registration packet by August 31 st. Failure to meet either of these deadlines may result in losing your spot on the team.
 
Pre-Comp – Fall Enrollment
Pre-Comp space for the fall will first be given to swimmers coming out of Summer Team. Any remaining space will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis once registration is opened at the end of the summer.
