Dear WEST Swim Folk,

 

Fall is fully here and Halloween is only a couple weeks away! Thank you to everyone that came out to help run our Senior Circuit meet last week and thank you in advance for everyone planning to work this weekend.

 

WEST Distance Meet – FRIDAY 10/20

We are hosting a distance meet offering a 1650 free (1 mile) with a 1000 split and the 800 Individual Medley. Warm-Ups are 4:30 and we plan to start the racing at 5:30pm.

NO PRACTICES FRIDAY – ALL GROUPS, including Pre-Comp

 

WEST Pentathlon Meet – Saturday 10/21

We are hosting an Age Group pentathlon meet where all swimmers compete in 5 events to see who scores the highest across all 5 events. Warm-Ups are 1pm and Meet Start at 2pm.

NO PRACTICES SATURDAY – Explore, Discover, Challenge, Accelerate, Senior

Normal Practice – Pre-Comp

Senior Elite – 7:30-10:30am

 

Bainbridge Island Meet – Nov 4-5

We plan to attend the Bob Miller Sprint / Distance Classic on the first weekend in November. We have already submitted entries but let us know ASAP if you do not plan to attend and we will try to update them.
