Happy Time Between Seasons,

I hope everyone is enjoying their time away from the pool right now. We had some great performances at Junior Nationals, Futures, PNS Champs and Zones Meets. We placed 4 ^th overall at Senior Long Course Champs, our highest place yet and a major testament to the “little team that could’.

 

Final Billing for Swim Team families – IMPORTANT!

Please check your accounts, we have billed for the Colman Bus, Volunteer Hours and Hospitality Fee. Colman Bus will be split by group for those that rode the bus all summer. Volunteer Hours are billed at $20 per hour for any unfilled hours (outlined in registration packet). The Hospitality Fee is typically billed during the month of our hosted meets at Kamiak and KCAC (outlined in registration packet). Since we are charging this retroactively, we will only be billing $20 total for last year. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS and email the office with any discrepancies by WED 8/15. We are emailing out statements, but they may not be accurate.

 

Registration

We are moving the process online and working out all the bugs (trying to, anyway). We will open registration hopefully at the end of this week or first thing next week. We must finalize all billing before we can suspend accounts, and THEN registration can happen. We will send out an email to announce registration opening, please watch your inbox towards the end of the week. We are hoping to also have Pre-Comp registration online (separate process from club team) and will announce that as well.

 

At the time of registration, all swimmers will be on hold and “waiting approval”. We will approve swimmers in the following order: 1) Returning club team swimmers in good standing. 2) Incoming swimmers from summer team. 3) Outside swimmers from other teams.

 

Maintenance Closure

WEST will be closed August 20 ^th through September 3 ^rd.
