Lap Swim Changes this Week:
Tuesday, 11/27/2018 - Fire Department Training 8:30am - 2:30pm. NO LAP / OPEN SWIM
Sunday, 12/02/2018:
- Space Rented 1:00 - 2:00pm in Green Room, 2:00 - 3:00pm, 2 lanes. (limited lap / open swim)
- Swim Team Rented lane space: 2:30 - 4:30pm, 2 lanes. (limited lap / open swim)
Jackson High School Fundraiser
Want to support the sport of swimming at the local level? Come out to MOD pizza on Monday, November 26, 2018 (TONIGHT!) to support our Jackson High School swim team. By mentioning Jackson Aquatics Booster Club when purchasing, 20% of your bill will be donated to the booster club to support our swimmers! Take a day off from cooking, and dine at MOD! High School Conditioning Clinic
WEST will be holding stroke technique clinics specifically for any high school students during winter break to help keep those athletes in the water in their off season. WEST’s USA Swimming trained and certified coaches will be working on all aspects of the four competitive stroke including dives and turns to ensure that every athlete will leave with a better understanding of the sport. Train smarter, not harder at WEST this season. WEST also offers high school conditioning weekdays in the spring after boys season ends from 2:30 - 4:00pm, as well as on weekends for any swimmers looking to continue training in their off-season.

Good luck to our athletes competing this weekend at meets in 3 different cities. Please talk with your respective coaches if you have any questions. Meet information can be found online under Events at westswimteam.com as well as PNS.org under Upcoming Meets. The meets include:

-70th Annual Husky Invitational at King County Aquatic Center, Federal Way
-Fall Divisionals at Kamiak High School, Mukilteo
