Hello WEST Families,

We’re making a list and we’ve been checking it twice as we head into the holiday season, and we’re not talking about our shopping list. So many happenings are going on around the pool so hold onto your stockings as we go a caroling through this WEST Weekly!

 

Membership Rates:

Our membership rates will be changing with the new year  and will reflect for existing members on their invoice for February 1st, 2019. The rates are as follows:

  1. Masters - $75 (No Change)

  2. Family - $80

  3. Couple - $60

  4. Single - $40

  5. Senior (60+) / Student (16-24yrs old only) - $35

  6. Senior Couple (60+) - $52.50

WEST T-Shirts are available!

If you are interested in purchasing a shirt to support your swimmer at meets or when you are out and about, our 2018-2019 shirts are now available for purchase for $20 a shirt. We have limited stock available, so we will sell them at a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Coach Tim at [email protected] to see if the size you are interested in is available. More information regarding our Team Spirit order will be announced in the future, as we are awaiting details from our supplier.

    1. Accelerate, Challenge, Discover, Explore, PreComp: NO PRACTICE (Holiday Party)

    2. Senior & Senior Elite: NORMAL

  2. Saturday 12/22

    1. Holiday Pool / Practice Schedule is in effect! Please refer to the schedule here.

*Reminder: swimmers who are already on break from school, Senior & Senior Elite daytime practices from 9-11am. Accelerate swimmers: 9-10:30am. Lap schedule is NOT affected.

*Click here of our 2018-2019 WEST hosted HS meets this season! Lap schedule IS affected.

Winter HS Conditioning: CANCELLED

Due to scheduling conflicts, WEST will be cancelling our High School Conditioning Clinics this winter. We are still looking forward to our year-round conditioning program that we plan on starting in the new year, so stay tuned!

Holiday Party Reminder:

We will be having a fun-filled Christmas celebration @ WEST THIS Friday, Dec. 21st. from 6:30-8:00pm for all groups (Senior, Senior Elite, Accelerate, Challenge, Explore, Discover, & PreComp).  Swimmers are invited to come watch a movie and play in the pool, with snacks and treats!! We have not yet picked the holiday movie, but it will probably be rated PG. WEST hospitality will provide some hot dishes!

Please look below to see what type of food to bring.  Keep in mind, the swimmers will be going in and out of the pool during this time! If you intend to attend, please bring something to share with your teammates
