Hello WEST Families,
Congrats to all of our marvelous swimmers that competed at Dick La Fave Long Course Kick Off meet this weekend at KCAC! 50 meters is a LONG pool & our WEST crew swam confidently against their fellow competitors. Our home pool is back up and running after having it’s pump replaced and mechanical room renovated for safety. All programs are back up to normal, with the inclusion of an extra lane for our afternoon lessons. Hooray! Read on for more action packed news!

Good luck to all of our shnazzy senior swimmers competed this weekend at Mayflowers! If you’re strolling around Federal Way with time on your hands, pop into our favorite local Olympic-sized natatorium and cheer on our kiddos. Meet info can be found on PNS.org

Accelerate: 8:00 - 10:30am
Challenge: 8:00 - 10:00am
Disco: NORMAL (9-10:30am)
Explore: NORMAL (11 - 12pm)
All PreComp Groups & SwimFit: Normal
Lap Swim: Normal (limited lanes @1:00pm)
Summer Team 2019
Interested in giving your swimmer the swim team experience? Summer team is a fun way to get group lesson swimmers excited to join pre-comp/ other swim teams! This program gives families and swimmers an opportunity to experience competitive swimming in a safe, friendly, and exciting environment. It’s also great for high schoolers wanting to train in the off season! We highly recommend all PreComp and SwimFit swimmers to check it out! Click here to learn more or to register.

Colman PreSeason Schedule: Begins May 11th - June 24th
As the weather warms up outside, our older age group swimmers and senior swimmers will be getting some long course practices in at Colman Pool in West Seattle. During these preseason practices, swimmers must arrange rides / carpools to Colman. During the summer, there will be a regular bus for these swimmers. Here is our pre-season schedule:
Senior Elite: Tuesdays 4:00 - 8:00pm & Saturdays 8:00 - 10:00am
Senior, Accelerate, Challenge: Fridays 6:00 - 8:00pm
