I hope everyone is enjoying the last week of summer! We’ve been working hard at the pool to get things ready for the upcoming year and we are all very excited.

 

New Coaches!

We are pleased to announce that we have two new coaches joining us for the fall. Erin Holmes has joined us after coaching with Boise Y and VAST and swam for Tri-Cities Channel Cats. Emily Murray has also joined us and was previously coaching at UPAC and swam for Metro. Be sure to introduce yourself and welcome them to the team when you see them.

 

Friday Practice Schedule Changes (Senior Groups ONLY)

Senior and Senior Elite swimmers will attend a Dryland Practice at Engineered Sports on Friday. The swimmers have signed up for the three available times and each workout will last approximately 90min to 2hrs. With the size of the group, we had to push the times back from what was previously announced, and the groups will now be starting at 10:30am, 11am and 11:30am. The sign-ups are listed below, please let Coach Nick or Coach Bryan know if you aren’t on the list. Here is the address for Engineered Sports: 2205 Wall St, Everett, WA 98201, families are responsible for their own transportation.

 

Season Start Dates & Labor Day Schedule

Saturday & Sunday: Normal Hours

Monday, Labor Day: Closed, No Programs

Tuesday 9/3: Age Group Training Groups (Accelerate, Challenge, Discover) and Pre-Comp Practices Start. First day of Swim Lessons. Normal Fall Facility Schedule will start.

Monday 9/9: Development Groups start practice.
