Hello WEST Families,
I hope everyone is staying warm in this recent cold weather we have been having – definitely missing those sunny summer days, but extremely excited for the action packed fall season. Please read on for the following news items:
October Challenge: This weekend!
Meet will be at Kamiak High School on Saturday and Sunday. For more information regarding warmups for each group, timeline, etc. please review the meet announcement here. Lets get pumped up for some fast racing! Swimmers should have received their WEST cap this week.
As for shirts on what to wear, here is a breakdown:
Saturday – Wear your favorite WEST shirt at the meet.
Sunday – Wear your team colors (from the Blue Vs Green Intersquad Meet)
Go WEST!
Schedule Changes:
Saturday, October 5th – No Age Group Practices (Accelerate, Challenge, Discover, Explore, Embark) swimmers should be at meet!
Senior & Senior Elite – 6:00 – 10:00am practice. NO AFTERNOON DOUBLE.
