Jenna Kim - 16th 100 Back

Heidi Ly - 6th 200 IM, 2nd 200 free relay, 6th 100 back, 3rd 400 free relay.

Sophia Ryu - 7th 200 free relay, 12th 100 breast

Cheyenne Kreide - 14th 200 med relay, 10th 200 free relay, 4th 100 breast

Caitlyn Anderson - 2nd 200 free relay, 3rd 400 free relay

Swimmers NOT swimming at AGI Meet in Accelerate, Challenge, Discover: 8:00 - 10:00am practice @WEST

NO PRACTICE for ALL Embark, Explore, Senior & Senior Elite (at swim meet)

*Junior National qualifiers will have AM practice at KCAC*

Lessons, PreComp, & SwimFit run as normal. 

Black Friday Schedule Next Week 11/29/19

WEST Operating Hours: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Office: CLOSED

Lap / Open Swim: 6:00am - 8:30am (limited lanes)

Club Practice Schedule:

Masters Burn The Turkey: 7:00 - 8:30am

Sr & SrE - 7:30 - 8:30 dryland, 8:30 - 11:30am practice

Accelerate: 11:30am - 2:00pm

Challenge: 11:30am - 1:30pm 

Discover: 11:30 - 1:00pm

Embark & Explore: NO PRACTICE

High School Practices

AMHS: 6:00 - 7:00am

NCHS: 1:30 - 2:30pm

JHS: 2:30 - 4:00pm
