Hello WEST Folk,

We hope everyone had a restful holiday weekend with friends and family this past week. We’re very thankful for all the bright and shiny faces that pass through our doors regularly. Remember to stay warm and dress in layers top combat the winter chill that has arrived. A healthy swimmer is a happy swimmer 😊

WEST athletes will be spread out in 3 different cities this weekend competing! Good luck and safe travels to everyone! Here’s the weekend line up:

Senior Elite: Toyota US Open in Atlanta, Georgia

Senior & Senior Elite: Husky Invite at Federal Way, WA (KCAC)

Senior & Age Group Swimmers: Divisionals Championships at Snohomish, WA

Senior & Senior Elite (that are NOT at Husky): 4:00 – 6:30pm

Accelerate: 4:00 – 6:00pm

Challenge: 4:00 – 5:30pm

Discover: 6:30 – 7:30pm

Explore & Embark: Normal Practice times (no change)

Saturday 12/7/19

Team Shirts

Shirts have come in! Coaches have been handing out 2019 team shirts since yesterday night. Extras shirts will be available for purchase after all team swimmers have received their shirt at the end of the week. If your swimmer has not yet received their 2019 season caps – please have them contact their group coach.
