Hello WEST Families,
Great job to all of our hard working WEST swimmers that competed this past weekend at Washington Open at KCAC. We had multiple great swims and our coaching staff is proud of our hard working kids that get to see their work pay off.
This upcoming weekend is Winter Challenge for our Age Group swimmers and they will be heading up to Bellingham to compete Saturday and Sunday! Safe travels and best of luck to all of our kiddos. Meet info can be found on PNS here.

We are in the midst of Boys High School Season – Lap Swim Changes are posted online here & here. The calendar is updated regularly so that everyone is up to date with any changes at WEST!

Senior & Senior Elite: Normal
Accelerate & Challenge: 7:00 - 8:30 (in water at 7:15).
Disco: 6:15 - 7:15
Embark & Explore: 6:30 - 7:15
Saturday, 1/25/20
Senior & Senior Elite: 6:00 - 10:00am, NO AFTERNOON DOUBLE
Embark, Explore, Disco, Challenge, Accelerate: CANCELLED. (@Winter Challenge)
Annual Open Board Meeting: Tuesday, January 28th at MCCA Building
This board meeting will discuss budget, Swimathon, and other WEST aspects and is open to any WEST team parent that wants to attend. The meeting will take place next Tuesday evening in the MCCA building (located across the parking lot from WEST) from 6:00 – 7:30pm.
