WEST Weekly

 

We are off to another week here at the pol and what a week it has been. We received more snow today (luckily it hasn't stuck) and our team is getting excited for our next meet at Bainbridge Island!

 

Good luck and safe travels to all our families this upcoming weekend. Do remember to account for ferry travel when planning to get to the pool.

Review meet information, timeline, entries, etc. by clicking here. If your swimmer is entered in distance events on Friday afternoon, but are unable to attend, please contact Coach Tim ([email protected]) so he can better plan for Friday's events. For any questions, please contact your group coach.

 

National Training Group Practice - This Saturday Morning 

Coach Nick was selected by the PNS coaches committee to lead a National Prep group practice at KCAC this weekend. The goal of these practices are to help PNS swimmers better prepare for national meets together during the spring months leading up to Olympic Trials. Due to this change as well as the swim meet, please note the following changes this weekend:

 

Schedule Changes this Weekend

 

Friday 2/7/20

Senior & Senior Elite: No Change, normal practice.

Accelerate & Challenge swimmers (not at meet): 7:00 - 8:30pm

Discover: 6:00 - 7:15 (with dryland)

Embark & Explore: 6:30 - 7:15pm

 

Saturday 2/8/20

Senior Elite, Senior, Accelerate, Challenge (not at meet) or national prep: 8:00 - 10:30am @WEST

Disco, Explore, Embark: NO PRACTICES, at meet.

 

All other programs run normal.
