Great job to our boys that competed at Districts this past weekend and good luck as you head to State at KCAC! We're excited to see fast swimming and great competition! Read on for this week's news:
 
Regional Volunteer Sign Ups - Now Open

The volunteer sign-up is now posted on the WEST website.  Per WEST registration, we have required all WEST team families to contribute at least one volunteer session at this meet. Families will be able to register for more volunteer opportunities after this initial week. Please review the email Coach Margaret sent out this week for more info.

Regionals will be held at King County Aquatic Center, March 19 -22.

Next Meet: Divisionals in Annacortes - Feb 28 - Mar 1.

This is a multi-day meet up north, please refer to meet information on PNS here. Entries will be posted shortly. Please direct any further questions to your group coach.

As a reminder, parents MUST indicate if there are days of the meet they will not be attending by attaching a note to their declaration.  

**Any new team swimmers will be receiving their shirts & caps this week from their group coach.

Pasco Meet - Hotel Reservation:

Meet Information will be posted here, as well as to our Events page.

Our wonderful team mom Janet Kim was able to secure rooms for any interested WEST families at SpringHill Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities.

The LAST date to sign up is  Tuesday, April 28, 2020 and if there are no more rooms available, then families must start calling other hotels. The Hilton next door is another option but they do not serve breakfast. Unfortunately, this weekend is a busy weekend for hotels with different conferences happening simultaneously in the Tri Cities. Good luck to everyone.

Graduating Senior Questionnaire 
Is your swimmer and / or WEST Employee graduating this year? Please have them fill out the attached questionnaire and return it to either the front office or their group coach with a photo. Our staff is hard at work prepping our on-deck bulletin board for their senior recognition. Look for it in the upcoming weeks!
