West Reopening for Club Team Practice Starting TOMORROW!

Dear West Community,

We are excited to announce that we will be starting to reopen TOMORROW, Wednesday, 6/17! At this time, we will only be opening for Club Team swim practice but will be working on getting our other programs up and running again soon. Stay tuned for more information.

All swim team members wishing to return to practice, must READ and SIGN the attached Guidelines and Waiver form. Please detach the last page, complete the waiver section and return to the Front Office with your swimmer on their first day back. We MUST have a waiver on file for all participants when returning.

Many training Groups have been combined and split up, creating new groups of 18 swimmers to practice at each time. Swimmers will be assigned a specific lane and time for their practice and we will not be accommodating any requests to change those assignments. We will send out practice time and lane assignments later today. 

Swimmers must arrive and leave in their bathing suits and parents must be punctual when dropping off and picking up. No spectators allowed during practices. Failure to follow any of our Reopening Guidelines will result in immediate dismissal and repeat offenders will result in further disciplinary action. If you are not comfortable sending your swimmer to practice at this time, we completely understand and entering the facility is done so at-your-own-risk.

We appreciate your patience and support while we work to navigate the new requirements and aim to keep our community safe and healthy.
