COVID Policies Reminder
As we are approaching the cold & flu season, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder to our members in regards to COVID-19 symptom screening and monitoring. So far, our families have been doing a great job of self screening and communicating with the coaches in regards to the health of their families. Please remember to abide by our Reopening policies that can be found online here.
Please take necessary precautions to take care of you and your family, which include but are not limited to:
-washing your hands frequently, for a 20 second count.
-avoid touching your face and eyes
-avoid interacting with contagious individuals
-getting adequate rest, hydration, & nutrients
-getting a flu shot vaccine.
Many of the symptoms of COVID 19 are similar to the common cold. Please notify WEST Management & seek further medical attention if your swimmer:
-Show a sign symptom & it begins to drastically worsen OR
-your swimmer began showing multiple signs & symptoms OR
-someone your swimmer was in contact with shows signs or symptoms / test positive for COVID 19.
In these scenarios, patrons must be symptom free without the use of medications for 72 hours before being able to return to the pool OR tests negative for COVID 19. We want to err on the side of caution when navigating these tough times.
Let us know if you have questions or concerns - communication is the key to everyone’s success!
Happy Swimming
